MATERIAL SEPARATION in the AIR STREAM
Air Classifiers are designed to efficiently separate materials based on differences in particle size and density. These systems create a fluidized environment in which particles are suspended in an air stream and classified according to their aerodynamic behavior, influenced by gravity and inertial forces. Air Classifiers enable the effective separation of valuable minerals or targeted materials from lower-grade or waste constituents by utilizing high-efficiency airflows. This significantly enhances process efficiency and improves product purity. They are widely used across various industrial applications, including metal, mineral, and ore processing lines; electronic waste recycling facilities; and industries such as cement, ceramics, and construction chemicals.
Integrated Cyclone Separators are used to remove particulate matter from exhaust gases by creating a high-speed, spiraling air motion within the cyclone chamber. This generates centrifugal force, which drives heavier particles toward the outer wall of the cyclone, where they fall into a collection chamber. Lighter particles and clean air are directed upward and sent to subsequent filtration stages. The use of cyclones reduces particulate emissions and prevents clogging in downstream filters, ensuring more stable and efficient operation.
