The Ash Treatment System offers an advanced and highly efficient solution for recovering precious metals, such as gold and silver, from waste generated during the gold polishing process. Specifically targeting materials like ash that adhere to surfaces, this system processes the waste in a kiln where it undergoes controlled combustion, reducing its volume and preparing it for subsequent refining stages. The primary goal of the Ash Treatment System is to efficiently separate valuable metals from non-metallic components. By burning off the non-metallic materials, the system concentrates the gold and silver content, significantly reducing the volume of waste. This makes the material easier to handle and refine in the next stages, ensuring minimal loss and maximizing the purity of the recovered metals.

At the core of the system are high-temperature-resistant chamber kilns, which are crucial for achieving optimal thermal performance. The kiln is designed for small to medium-scale operations and features five-sided heating (right, left, bottom, back, and door), ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. This design enhances combustion efficiency and improves the quality of material processing.

Each kiln is equipped with a digital control unit, enabling operators to program up to five customizable heat profiles, with up to 15 steps per program. This feature allows for precise control of the heating process, ensuring repeatability and flexibility, which are essential for achieving consistent results.

By utilizing the Ash Treatment System, not only are valuable metals effectively reclaimed from polishing waste, but the process also optimizes material handling, setting the stage for more precise and efficient refining. This approach is environmentally responsible and cost-effective, contributing to resource conservation and enhancing operational efficiency in precious metal recovery.
