The Autoclave Tank System is a high pressure vessel designed for the efficient dissolution of metals from refractory ores that are resistant to standard leaching processes.The core operating principle of the autoclave revolves around the application of elevated temperatures and pressures. The autoclave tank system has the ability to maximise recovery and reduce processing time by manipulating internal conditions to optimise operating conditions.
Autoclave Tank System integrated with Thermal Oil Heating Unit offers the customers a guarantee of high efficiency with easy control in a safe manner through PLC control system which contains of automatic valves, level and temperature sensors. The closed loop design of the Autoclave System enhances gas management, minimises harmful emissions and complies with current environmental regulations by incorporating an exhaust gas treatment system. The incorporation of state-of-the-art monitoring and automation technologies further enhances the operational efficiency and safety of the autoclave processes. The system is constructed with corrosion resistant materials and pipework to withstand the high temperatures and pressures associated with the type of acid used in the processes.
