The Falcon Concentrator is a highly efficient gravity separation device specifically designed for the recovery of fine minerals, including gold and other precious metals. Equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism, the Falcon Concentrator minimizes downtime and increases throughput by eliminating the need for manual cleaning. The overall dimensions vary by model, yet it maintains a compact footprint that ensures seamless integration into existing processing plants without extensive modifications. Standardized feed and discharge connections further enhance convenience. The concentrator is capable of processing materials ranging from millimeter to micron sizes. The optimal feed material size is 1 mm, with the ability to recover particles down to 15 microns. Its unmatched bowl geometry prevents compaction and effectively removes light particles from the concentration zone, maximizing recovery efficiency.
