UPGRADED ROTOR AND BLADE SYSTEM FOR FINER PARTICLE
A powerful pulverization system is specifically tailored for battery recycling. The blades are made from high-wear-resistant materials (HSS or carbide-coated), and the cutting geometry has been optimized for aggressive shearing and pulverization. This ensures maximum throughput and fine particle size. Battery recycling requires much finer particle sizes. The system is equipped with replaceable screens featuring a mesh size between 0.3 mm and 0.8 mm, ensuring the exact material quality for the next stage of the recycling process. The screens can be easily swapped out to accommodate different battery types, adding flexibility to the operation.
The system addresses this with a closed-loop cyclone filtration system, featuring bag and activated carbon filters to safely capture dust and gases. An inert gas purging system is integrated to maintain a safe and controlled atmosphere, protecting your workforce and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
To withstand the corrosive nature of battery electrolytes, the internal surfaces of our crusher are either coated with a durable epoxy or made from high-quality AISI 304/316 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and reduced maintenance costs.
The safety of your operations is our top priority. Our system includes infrared temperature sensors to monitor for any unexpected rise in temperature, and an automatic fire suppression system using CO₂ or argon is installed for immediate response in the event of a fire hazard. Upgrading to the advanced pulverization system enables efficient processing of lithium-ion, NMC, and other battery types with enhanced performance and safety.
