The Cable Recycling Machinery is a highly efficient and integrated system designed for the recovery of valuable metals from waste cables and wires. This single-unit solution combines a shredder, crusher, vibrating screen, and dust collector to provide a complete and seamless recycling process. Waste cables represent a significant source of raw materials due to their non-ferrous metal content. These cables contain a variety of materials, including valuable non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, lead, and steel. They also include various insulation materials, such as polyethylene (PE), rubber coatings, different grades of PVC, and woven plastics.

The conductive copper cables are often made from industrially pure copper or oxygen-free copper, with a purity of above 99.90%, accounting for 58.3% of the total weight of a cable. These waste cables contain high copper value, low environmental pollution, a simple refining process, and low energy consumption.

The process begins with the shredder, capable of handling large volumes of cable waste. This powerful machine cuts cables into smaller, manageable pieces, optimizing the subsequent processing stages. The crusher then breaks these pieces further, ensuring effective separation of metal and insulation materials. The vibrating screen uses advanced separation techniques based on particle size, sorting out metal granules from plastic and rubber insulation. The system’s integrated dust collector ensures the collection of fine particulate matter, maintaining a clean and safe working environment while preventing contamination of recyclable materials.

The cable recycling machinery system is ideal for processing a wide range of cables, from small electrical and communication wires to large industrial cables. Its modular design ensures that the system can be tailored to fit different operational needs, with easy maintenance and low energy consumption.
