The Evaporators remove water or volatile solvents from process streams through controlled heating. This thermal separation process allows for the concentration of valuable metal-bearing solutions, the regeneration of process chemicals, and the reduction of liquid waste volumes. In hydrometallurgical operations, evaporators are especially effective for concentrating leach solutions, recovering acids, and minimising effluent discharge. Our industrial evaporator systems are designed for durability, operational reliability, and high performance under harsh processing conditions.

These include falling film evaporators, ideal for heat-sensitive or low-viscosity liquids due to their high thermal efficiency and short residence times; forced circulation evaporators, which are well-suited for viscous or scaling-prone fluids, offering strong circulation and uniform heat transfer; multiple-effect evaporators (MEE), designed to reduce energy consumption by utilizing steam across successive stages; and mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) systems, which achieve ultra-efficient operation by recycling vapor energy to minimize overall utility costs.
