The Crusher is specifically engineered for the efficient crushing and crumbling of PCBs and motherboards in e-waste recycling facilities. Proses Makina’s crusher is part of a green process for micron-level size reduction and is integrated with a dust collection system. It is designed to cut and crumble the material between high-speed rotating blades and fixed blade plates.

 

The primary crushing process begins at the top section, where the material is shredded between the blades. Once the material reaches the desired size, it is transferred to a secondary grinder located at the bottom. The sieve positioned beneath the blades is designed for easy replacement, allowing for quick adjustments to the process. Materials that are sufficiently reduced in size by the grinders pass through the first sieve, undergo secondary grinding, and then pass through the second sieve to proceed to the next stage.

 

Adjustable knives enable flexible cutting according to the characteristics of the input material, while a drive belt system ensures easy material transport with low maintenance costs. The granulation size can be easily adjusted by replacing the variable screens positioned beneath the blades. By operating the crusher in combination with a vacuum-connected cyclone collection system at both the top and bottom, material losses are minimized, and overall process efficiency is enhanced.

 

Shredders can be customized in terms of size and capacity to meet specific project requirements and customer demands. Additionally, the system is designed for easy setup and operation through an intuitive PLC-controlled automation system.
