Rotary Furnace
The rotary furnace is used as a melting furnace, especially in metal recycling systems. It can reach high temperatures to melt metals and has the most effective melting furnace technology in the recycling industry. Depending on application requirements, the internal heat source can be gas or electricity.
The rotary furnace is designed to melt aluminum, copper, lead, zinc and all types of by-products, including slag, with maximum efficiency.
It is also one of the most important steps in the recycling systems of electronic waste provided by the Proses Makina Company. While the melting process takes place, oxygen is automatically fed and impurities are removed and lead, tin, etc. are collecting by jet pulse in the rotary furnace. Our Rotary Furnace combines developed melting technology, process control and our quality engineering.
When the melting process is completed, the liquid metal is poured by tilting it from the furnace door. The molten metal is transferred to the casting furnace. In this furnace, the temperature and form of the molten metal is maintained, and the liquid metal is cast into molds.
Casting System works with PLC control. It has its own mold heating system, anode cooling system and 2-axis automatic PLC controlled discharging robot. Through the heating system, there are no cracks in the spilled product and a quality product is obtained. Especially for electrolysis, it is very important to obtain suitable anode in anode casting systems. It affects the correct operation and efficiency of the electrolysis system.
As Proses Makina Company, we provide the most suitable solution for needs by combining melting and casting systems separately or together.
Induction Furnace
Induction is used to heat or melt metallic workpieces at specified temperatures and times. Induction heating, melting, and hardening are gaining widespread use today due to ease of inspection, high efficiency, extremely low material losses, suitability for fully automatic production and not creating environmental pollution. High frequency power is needed for surface heating and non-magnetic parts. Therefore, the power source must be able to provide a minimum of a few kW of power in the radio frequency region.
Precious metals such as copper, gold, silver, platinum, palladium are melted in a short time between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the capacity. Control of furnace temperature can be performed very easily and sensitively. It has the ability to heat the desired parts of the surface instead of heating the whole part. It provides excellent mixing of alloys in melting.
